This location just opened in Fort Mill. They were giving away free car washes for their grand opening, a limited time deal, so I decided to check it out. I was not disappointed. The place is huge and can accommodate alot of vehicles. Twashes have trouble completely cleaning.
I’m a club member. However, I’m considering canceling my membership. They supposedly open at 8:00 a.m. and I figured I’d stop here in my way to work. It’s 8:28 a.m. and they still haven’t opened, although their employees are obviously there, like most places now could care less about opening the place up.
I went for a simple clean of the inside of my car, but was very happy with how the outside looked. I couldn’t figure out how to use the vacuums, but I wasn’t waiting long as an employee, Ethan B., was there and ready to help me. He was able to show me how everything worked and even the best way to get all those hard to reach spot and very stuck dirt in the carpet. This made my experience and day so much better by having this help from Ethan. My car now looks spotless inside and out I will definitely be back to Tidal Wave, and hope to visit Ethan again to thank him one last time.

Mediocre. The triple foam has never worked for me even going to other locations. Must be too watered down or something. You can still get a good wash in but if you try to use the vending machines they WILL steal your money. Two seperate times the machine has taken the money with no credit added and no refund.
I would like a refund for the car wash that I purchased. Pulled into the bay with the brushes that was your car for you and everything went as expected until the final rinse. There was no final rinse. Left all of the soap on my car. Had to pull around to a do it yourself bay and make another purchase to rinse all of the soap off of my car.
Update: The owner of the carwash replied to my review and refunded the cost of the wash no questions asked. Thank you sir. I appreciate a good businessman. Definitely will be bringing my car back to your carwash 😁
Not sure why not to rate it 5 stars. Offers everything you need, never had a problem with the hoses or machines, and not expensive. Is placed on Celenese which is a busy 6 lane road so dont go during rush hour (5p-6:30p). Only place i go to wash my car when not doing it at home
