We have been to this car wash twice now, and it’s done a pretty decent job. We did both the $10 and $12 wash and I don’t think the extra $2 is worth the dry as it didn’t dry it nicely. We had ice on our car by the time we were a minute away. This last visit we used the vacuum as well. Not happy that we were overcharged for this. It clearly says $1.50 on the machine but we were charged $2.95
Washed my truck today and it came out pretty clean! I haven’t washed it in years so I figured I would give the ol rust bucket a bath! Very easy payment and selection process. I got the platinum for 13$ and it was nice. If I ever get another urge to wash my old truck I would be back here again. Thanks again
Ran into Angie, was a tad bit of a smart butt starting the conversation when I informed her I had an issue when I said a couple weeks meaning in month ago, she questioned “ couple weeks ago, ” had a rude tone seemed as if she disliked assisting people with her work area. Only reason why I even asked her is because you rarely ever see anyone there considering I’m at this car was atleast 4x a week with different cars through the automatic car wash. Which feels over priced to receive that type of customer service from any individual representing that business . Do better angie or find a better job to your liking 🫶🏻

Mounds of dirt, grass, gravel etc from people washing their filthy off-roading vehicles here. Your tires and shoes will be dirtier than when you came in. Smells of urine. Have to spend a minimum of $4 for like a 2 minute wash. I just came here to wash my mats, very disappointed!!
Thank you for being logical and placing trash cans next to the vacuums. Some of the other car washes around here don’t seem to understand that trash cans are necessary if someone is to clean their car out! My only complaint is that the automatic car wash doesn’t have a timer for the dryers. Otherwise, my experience was great!
Pretty disappointed in this place. Not well maintained or cared for. Hose had a section of garden hose zip tied around it and half the water was spraying out of the hole and the rest out of the wand which didn't leave enough pressure to wash.
I moved to another bay and paid a second time. Had to pick from the least dirty of the two bays. I sprayed as much of the sand and muck out if the way as I could. A shovel would have been better.
Also noticed later the sand dried on my hood that dripped from the overhead door. I've really never been to a car wash as poor as this one.
Owner clearly doesn't care. Maybe if I hear back I'll have something good to add.

Insanely good experience. First time here and they really make it worth every penny. Austin literally /ran/ to help me as I pulled up, then was super friendly and helped me get the best deal possible. I had never considered getting a membership anywhere like this but this place rules. Will be recommending to all.
A week or so ago I took what used to be me dads rust free 97 ram 2500 into the wash. Towards the end of the wash the blowers were so strong that they blew my dealer installed bug deflector right off the front of my truck and broke my grill. The staff immediately retrieved my bug deflector off the ground to give it to me and were generally kind but as a company they aren’t willing to pay the $200 or less for the parts to fix my truck after their machines broke it and I had to go back in after I filed a report because they never called to let me know the outcome. I’ve added pictures of the damage and what it looked like before
Me and my coworker were desperately looking for a car wash that had a nice high powered vacuum to clean our companies van which involves landscaping and planting. The staff were extremely accommodating and really understanding, and their vacuums were extremely powerful!! Before and after of our situation attached!

Purchased a wash membership as I had heard good things. First wash with this membership, product was only sprayed on half my car and left the passenger side dirty. Very unimpressed, even if it turns out to be a one-time fluke.
Just a normal rare warm day in Iowa winter, more than 15 cars are waiting.
Unlimited isn’t “unlimited”. Got a car wash and the next day the car was dirty. Drove out of the way to get my car wash and it wants you to wait 48 hours… we maybe go 5 times a month and this one time we weren’t able to. Hard pass
