Owner denied me service. Said truck was to dirty??? That's why I went there, to wash it!!!! I think there is 6 bays. All were out of service with orange cones blocking them except one. Also smelled bad sewer gas. Place is in ruff condition. Don't waste your time!

Worthless car wash. Half the machines credit card AND cash intakes are broken. Trust the reviews and run for your life. You are better using your neighbors garden hose.

RUN….Do NOT walk… away from this car wash! I would give a ZERO if I could for customer NO SERVICE! They don’t care if you lose money in their machines…won’t refund you! I told the worker that I lost $1.50 in the vacuum last time I was here..….and he RUDELY said “we don’t give refunds”!. Why would I lie about $1.50??? Their loss of about $50/month!! I’d rather pay double for better customer service! I will take my cars & my money somewhere else!!!

The girl at the check in was very nice and seemed like she'd been working there for awhile; helpful and sold me on a membership. The guy directing the car in yelled thank you after doing the initial wipe-down. I thought that was cool because how many people will hear him? Not many, windows are up & it's loud, I barely heard, but he still said it. They were busy too, but a lot of free vacuums available with rags to use. The cheapest wash, tire shine, is $13 and change after tax.

My auto dealer offered a prepaid voucher for all wash options. I was impressed by the tidal wave of water used for the actual wash, which was excellent. Not so impressed by the self dry space. The free glass cleaner and damp cleaning clothes are appreciated but the only available method of cleaning floor mats was vacuum, no spray/wash facility, and only 1/3 of the drying stations had an inclined mat holder for 1 mat at a time. I might return although the only Overland Park location is 12 miles from my home. As luck would have it, 2 days later the outside of the car is filthy dusty after a trip 4-hours x 2 drive south on the tollway.☹️

What a pleasure. This car wash does all the work for you and has everything you need to finish up. Towels, free, vacuum, free, air guns, free. You can’t do a better job than this and the people are incredible. Great experience will definitely keep up the membership!

Won't let you bucket wash your car, even if you are moving extremely quickly. What's the point of a car wash that won't let you wash your car? It's not like the high cost of the water in the self-wash bays doesn't pay for itself by 1000s of percent already.

I spent a total of $26 washing my car, and a guy kept bothering me and staring because I have a bucket where I keep my washing supplies. He was rude and seemed very frustrated. He then closed the gate while a woman was leaving her bay and drove off. The car wash was almost empty. I will not be coming back.

Have used this place all the time over several decades, no frills self car wash. Machines don't have problems. I like they renovated the auto car wash so there are no rails. My vehicle is wide and the one on Antioch has scratched my rims several times

I've never used the automatic car wash. But the other bays are clean which is nice. I've been to others that are nasty. Never had an issue with water pressure or having soap come out of the sprayers.

The auto wash here is not worth going to. There is still dirt all over my car. The underwash also never turned on. I had to pay extra at the self service to wash the wheel wells.

Great working car wash. All the self bay equipment is well maintained and not diluted. The angled nozzle is a nice touch to spray the underside and wheel wells. The automatic touchless works really well. Price is competitive (better than Xcel car wash) and the staff very kind and helpful (unlike xcel wash). I’m quite picky, but I can say this self serve wash is better than at least 90-95% of the self serve washes I’ve been to. 👍

They've recently improved almost every part of the car wash, from the credit card reader to the controls and sprayers. I washed half of Kansas's insect population off of our camper van today, easy peasy!

Pretty okay car wash, not great environment but all normal functions work. Card reader struggled a bit but ended up working. Just a classic quarter wash. Could be better could be worse, but decent if you’re looking for a manual wash.

It doesn't give you the option to add time. At least not with a card. $1.75 was just barely enough time to wash my car, including all the salt if it's the frame (assuming I got it all). Another $1.75 was just barely enough to wash the soap off all of it( assuming I got it all). Don't recommend. I was wondering why manual car washes are dying. I'm starting to see one of the issues.

Took my car there and spent 8 bucks to wash my newer car. 2 bucks was for the spot free rinse. It looks worse now than before I washed it.

Price is good. Its generally always clean and no long lines. I love that you can wash your vehicle with warm/hot water as well. The vacuums however are not so great and while cheap you end up having to spend more to re start the vacuum cause they don't pick up very good.
