I honestly expect better each time but nothing changes. I've been here a few times to wash my bike and here is the results after doing -engine de-greaser, high pressure soap, triple conditioner, high pressure wax, rain X, spot free rinse, and air drying.
With the pictures, it's all bug remains. No gravel, I hand-washed it a few days ago but needed the full spray down today. Disappointing.
Literally spent 5 mins vacuuming my car. It took $15 out of my account for it. Never seen the $10 I was owed back. Do not use credit cards at this location!!!! Seems to me they are just using the you have to select minimum bullshit so they can steal your money. Shame on this business especially nowadays when it’s actually a damn luxury for us to even spend $2 on cleaning our cars.
Dear Sami, Vaccum #3 took $2 from me two separate times tonight and gave me 30 seconds of vacuuming. I need my money back or my 10 minutes of vacuuming that I paid for. Thank you.

Sami’s Car Wash located in Lexington, Kentucky is a not so good car wash. The credit card machine did work. And the touch less part worked also but it still left our vehicle really dirty. We wouldn’t recommend using the automatic car wash. We didn’t use anything else here so we don’t know if it works better or not. We won’t stop here again.
The service center itself is great, but that said, because of this, the traffic or customer count runs high. As such, it makes what would otherwise be a leisurely day of auto detailing a bit stressful knowing others are waiting..
Probably one of the best touchless car washes in Lexington. I do wish they continued to offer a choice with a no wax for vehicles with ceramic coating. But it’s still my go to when I need to drive-through wash!

Very fast and efficient. For the basic wash, it’s 12$. Cleans my car decently but for 12$ maybe a better shine or “pop” after I come out instead of having to spend more. The vacuums need better cleaning intensity and/or smaller more precious suction tips for hard to reach places. Overall it’s decent.
I loved how the attendant tried to sell me a membership when I said I didn't want one, then grabbed my card when I said I didn't want help.
I loved how the next attendant tried to rush me forward, then got mad when my car wouldn't stop on the track when it was going forward. I was already in neutral and attempting to stop.
I'm not a moron. Thanks for making me feel like one! Didn't even clean my car fully. Go elsewhere.
I wash my car 3-4 times a week, seriously. Great car wash, excellent soap and wax. Bug remover spray before wash is fantastic, but please should just spray front end, mirrors and windshield you will save on volume and other areas typically don't have that high amount of bugs. Towels are perfect size and plenty of them. Love the vacuums, maybe a bit more pressure on the air. Have gone to the others and had memberships, cancelled after the first wash here, far better. Live the conveyer belt and not the track system that jolts your car forward. This one is smooth as silk. Love the rinse cycle, it truly rinses the car completely. The tire shine gets all of the tire. Nothing shines like a Cadillac, it's true more than ever thanks to clean sweep.

Took my 2011 Silverado through and received one of the best cleans in a while. I normally do not stay this about car washes ,but this one has me wanting to go back every week. Super well work environment for the employees and very clean and organized . 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend !
I absolutely love this car wash and purchased a membership, which I've never done anywhere else. Their equipment is top-notch and you can tell the employees enjoy working here, which says a lot.
I’ve had wash memberships at other car washes in the past, but unfortunately, my truck wouldn’t fit through their washes anymore after installing a lift, wheels and tires. I looked up Tidal Wave once they opened in town, and they had their wash’s max vehicle dimensions on their website. I measured my truck and it was under their max, so decided to give them a try. It fits through their wash fine, and overall does a pretty good job. It’s not as good as a hand wash, but what automatic wash is? I was happy enough with the single wash I received that I signed up for an unlimited monthly membership. Their staff is extremely friendly. I told one of the attendants they’re like the Chick-fil-A of car washes, lol. They scrub the bugs off the vehicle before running it though the wash, which is a huge plus. They’re not stingy with the water for rinsing and their dryer works really well too. Overall, pretty please and would recommend. Pic attached, just ran it through the wash.
