Drying time is shorter compared to other locations. Whenever I get my car washed at this one, I always have to hand wipe my car afterwards. Of course I know it won’t be fully dry, but there’s a huge difference in dryness as well as proper cleaning between this location and others. I’ve definitely noticed the differences. Workers seem a lot kinder as well at other locations. Today, a worker became visibly irritated with me because after having my prepaid tag scanned, I didn’t realize I was supposed to wait for him to come over and put tape on my windshield. It was an older gentleman…not sure of the name. Usually, they put the tape on your windshield while you’re in the actual line for the wash. I actually used to like this one, but I highly doubt that I would return since quality as well as customer service seems to be lacking here.
