I usually would write a amazing review because I’ve had nothing but great luck using this car wash and it’s amazing self service , but this past weekend I sprayed the salt off of my truck, after I finished I slowly approached the garage door as I have done 1,000 times before and as the door opens it rips my license plate bracket off and scratches my truck , as I was caught off guard because there is no sign implying you must push the button to open the door because the door usually opens even when you walk past it. Anyway after the incident I take the broken piece into the office and show them what happened , I was told the manager would call me Monday and he never did , I ended out reaching out to him and explaining the situation in a professional manor not acting like a karen but he was very unprofessional and tried to make me out as the bad guy and saying it’s my fault and could of damaged his door and he wouldn’t take any such responsibility, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed , me and my employers will not be making a return and I hope you don’t either.
