So I washed my 2008 Toyota Tacoma here today 1/15/25 and it was busy. They typically have an attendant at the entrance to assist you with your selections and purchase. One should also note that there are two lanes to enter through, on the left is for members, while on the right are non-members. Discounts await those who choose the membership path. Also, know the max vehicle height to be 7'2". As you enter, there are employees there to Scrub of the harder to reach ares the automation might miss. You'll drive forward and then put the transmission in neutral, and the conveyor chain will pull you through the system. Now you can sit back and enjoy the show. In a matter of a few short minutes, you're exiting the car wash wait to put you transmission back into gear until you see the exit light go green and drive on out. If desired, you can clean your interior as well with a good number of commercial vehicle vacuum cleaners for a fee, of course. So far, I've not had a bad experience here, and I am up to six washes now. See my attached pictures for reference.
I went through the Richmond, KY location yesterday at approximately 2:42 PM and purchased the “Ceramic Sea Gloss” wash ($26). After the wash, I parked in a spot on-site to finish drying the windows on my vehicle and noticed my vehicle consistently dirty all around.
The attendant was very professional. Really helpful and respectful. But the service(car wash) was not subpar. $40 and my truck was still dirty. No thank you.

Sami’s Car Wash located in Lexington, Kentucky is a not so good car wash. The credit card machine did work. And the touch less part worked also but it still left our vehicle really dirty. We wouldn’t recommend using the automatic car wash. We didn’t use anything else here so we don’t know if it works better or not. We won’t stop here again.
The service center itself is great, but that said, because of this, the traffic or customer count runs high. As such, it makes what would otherwise be a leisurely day of auto detailing a bit stressful knowing others are waiting..
Probably one of the best touchless car washes in Lexington. I do wish they continued to offer a choice with a no wax for vehicles with ceramic coating. But it’s still my go to when I need to drive-through wash!

Absolutely the worst car wash ever!trash cans are always full,the change machine NEVER works,and it's 1.50 for exactly 2 literal minutes of wash time-unless you drive a hot wheel,it takes a lot longer than 2 minutes to wash your car.if I could have given half a star I would have
Card reader charges your card 10 dollars regardless of what the screen says. Went through and it said $4.50, notification from my bank said 10$. Happened multiple times.
Afraid to try the car wash bays and lose even more money. Used the vacuum and the suction was abysmal and I spent more time trying to keep the vacuum nozzle on the hose than I was able to use it vacuum. It got up absolutely nothing. Read a review that states only one of the vacuums works, really wish they would've posted which one so I didn't waste money.

I honestly expect better each time but nothing changes. I've been here a few times to wash my bike and here is the results after doing -engine de-greaser, high pressure soap, triple conditioner, high pressure wax, rain X, spot free rinse, and air drying.
With the pictures, it's all bug remains. No gravel, I hand-washed it a few days ago but needed the full spray down today. Disappointing.
