I'm sure they have excellent washes that they do but they have self service bays. The bays never have soap or chemicals and tonight not even blocked off but no water and you don't know that til after you swipe your card. Worst one in the area so far. Piss poor management of the bays. After trying many different days etc I'm done with this place.
I wanted my tires cleaned without shine and requested this. Only to find they only understood I wanted no shine. Needless to say the discussion on cleaning the tires wasn't comprehend.
A 1 star is generous and something I wish I could not give. I attempted to get my car washed at this location. I immediately noticed the machine did not dispense any soap with no pressure. The entire non wash consisted of water only throughout the cycles. I saw Spanish men hand washing cars and asked who was he owner. The response was they didn't know. Later learned they actually work for this location. I spoke to the guy tinting windows in reference to a refund. He happened to be on the phone with the owner at that time. He told the owner my car was still dirty. Once he got off the phone he said he was not going to give a refund. My car after their so called wash. This place is a dump.

it’s nice that they have a touch less wash but it doesn’t give a good wash at all. I traveled from Bethesda because this seemed to be the closest touchless wash and paid for what i thought was the most detailed wash (it was also the most expensive at $16) only to be left with a still dirty car. Plus, after the dryer would make a pass, it would drip more (seemingly soapy) water onto my car which left me with new white spots that weren’t there before the wash. Although my car is slightly less dirty (although new spots were added), unless you had a before photo, you wouldn’t be able to tell I had my car washed. The end result just looks like someone sprayed it with water without soap. it’s definitely not clean enough for $16. I attached the after photos.
Took my 2008 Ford Escape here to be washed. The scrubbers were simple to use, and the price was very cheap. Good place for do it yourselfers on detailing cars. Good strong vacuum cleaners to vacuum out your cars. Tire black was also easy to apply to your car tires. Once you had finished your car will look like a professional had detailed it. On any given day a lot of people frequent this area from DC and surrounding areas. And also the place is always clean with no trash lingering around. Safe location
