I went at dusk. The wash was good. However, they didn't turn the lights on at the vacuums so I had to use the flashlight on my phone. The clean towels for the windows were all dirty. The window cleaner was empty on lots of the bottles, and the trash was overflowing. I can't come back here, I'll go to Fins which is cheaper and they have their lights on.
Pros: it’s new so their equipment works well. Like the fact that at the end it has a dry and shine portion after it’s been blow dried which helps the drying process. Upon looking at my car after the wash I’m impressed with how much dirt it took off my wheels were also very clean. Lots of bays to accommodate guests. Very powerful vacuums.
Cons: they only have the wide mouth vacuums no narrow nozzle vacuums and because each bay holds two cars you have to string the one vacuum through the opposite side of your vehicle. Also no carpet cleaner like competitor car washes. Their basic dry and shine package is $29 a month compared to competitor car washes at $25 a month with AAA discount (wish tidal wave did some kind of partnership discount) and upon looking up it seems like they only have two other locations

Don’t use this car wash. Complete waste of money. Didn’t remotely clean my car. Barely had any soap come out. TOTAL WASTE!

I went here and put $5 in quarters in and it doesn't work. They have the bay beside it blocked off with a cone because it doesn't work. So I called them to let them know the one I used isn't working either and that I had put $5 in it... The guy says " ok... I will check it out" didn't offer me my money back or anything. Just hung up! Wow!

Not the place that I once knew so many years ago when automatic car washes were hardly around. The place was so filthy and the bays were not taken care of. This place used to be to be so well kept. Some of the coin operated bays were not functioning. I gave a rating of two because one of the bays did function and did have soap. It was disappointing to see this place go downhill.

All and all not bad for a quick rinse. Bring your own quarters and cash price is far cheaper than credit card . My biggest complaint is the water leaks from the ceiling when your pressure washing, so be prepared to get soaked if your cleaning the roof of your truck. And I REALLY didn't appreciate the metal slicer smacking my truck while pressure washing. Other than that, I'd be back if I need a pressure washer
Good prices if you can find a port that works, has pressure or has a knob at all. Even if you do get those things, 50/50 chance it will be out of the soap or wax. 4 of the vacuums I tried yesterday didn't work at all and 3 of them were disgusting. I've tried this place 4 times since moving here due to it's proximity. It's obviously not cared for very well.
This was once a very clean and maintained self-service car and truck wash. Sad to say now it has become an eyesore and most bays have one or more things in them that no longer function as was designed to. The few that do work have been put together with scrape pieces and water line that have been cut and reinstalled with metal hose clamp that will hit your cab and damage it. Then they took out the change machines and only except credit cards, so you pay more for less. It's the only place around, so now we use it only clean trailers and equipment.

Charged me 15$ for 10 minutes of use! The soap setting wasn’t spitting out soap at all too. This place robs people. Shut this down
One 1 bay is for anything over 7ft. I'm 8ft so had to use it. Credit cards don't work in the bay (swiped 6 times) and it won't take coins, dollars only. 12 min wash using presoak (a joke, took 45 sec to come out and just spits and doesn't get off bugs nor road tar), degreaser (another 60 sec to come out and spits for 1/2 a second and then stops for 1 min and then spits again for 1/2 second, etc), and foaming brush (it's cheap nylon which scratches and not the hogs hair brushes at other places) I still have bug smears on my windshield - it literally looks like I still haven't washed my vehicle. What a disappointment. Would not recommend.
Having a card reader absolutely makes this place the favorite spot. Other wash on H17 looks v trashy. Lot of space and everything works very well. Tons of pros compared to other places
