The Self Service Car Wash was very clean and facilities are well maintained. All bays were operational including vacuum cleaner and vending machines. If you want to maximize your time in the cleaning bay, I would recommend using tokens. You can get 6 tokens for $5. Use 3 tokens and you get 5 minutes when cleaning your vehicle. I use this facility every time my car needs a quick cleaning.

5 Star Wash self serve car wash & dog wash Rt 40 Frederick Maryland Bay 2- the under carriage wash doesn't stay on while you drive into the wash. The wash is not great. The dryer is a joke. There was still soap on the right side of my vehicle. There is no phone number posted anywhere. I looked them up & called...the number is no longer working. I didn't spend more money using the vaccum or cleaning supplies like I had planned.

This could probably be a decent car wash but the owner comes up short on maintenance and customer care. Today is the second occasion I've paid $10 for the premium wash and received no more than one swipe each soap, spray wash, spray rinse and blow dry. I've left notes both times with no return call. Also, only one side of under wash was working. The lack of attention is showing, rarely more than a couple cars there.

I'm little bummed to pay for the Premium car wash, which was $10, and my van still has dirt all over it. It wasn't that dirty to begin with, I just wanted the pollen off. My window has streaks on it also. I won't be back unfortunately.

I enjoy bringing my truck and trailer to this car wash. It has everything.. wash tires , rims, surface of the vehicle, different foaming packages. My paint stays in great shape and keeps the shine.

My review is for the touchless automatic wash. The actual wash is in pretty decent shape it's a little difficult for larger vehicles to make the turn into the automatic wash and hit the credit machine. I paid for the highest wash they had and the soap application and amount was really good my issue is the wash didn't completely rinse the soap off my vehicle I still had a decent amount of soap left around my headlights and some trim pieces. Ended up having to use a hose to rinse everything off when I got home, I'd rather have water spots than soap just sitting on the paint so pretty disappointed and a waste of money for me unfortunately.

The only issue I have with this is that there are people that act like the whole area is theirs and they become aggressive concerning equipment that's meant for the General Public
