Recently took my 2014 Chevy Impala through the car wash. And in the car wash it ripped the chrome mirror cap off of my vehicle and busted it to the point where it will not work anymore and after going through a handful of people I was told that my car is too old For them to fix. And that they wouldn’t give me anything for it. Will never be returning to this car wash. I would suggest going somewhere else

I moved. I tried to cancel my membership. It's been hell to cancel. BUYER BEWARE! While the wash membership was great when there was a location near me, I moved states and no longer had easy access. I tried to cancel. Tidal Wave said they couldn't "verify my account." I think the fact that you charge me and let me use your car wash when I drive through is verification enough! This is the info they demanded I email them in order to verify. I sent it. Now I'm waiting to see if they'll actually cancel or if they're gonna pull more BS.

Felt rushed by staff and pressured into buying a membership, 1st time here based on reviews and will never be back. Car just basically needed rinsed off and came out looking worse than it went in.

We were living in Oxford, and we would drive here to wash the car while waiting on our laundry to finish. Excellent car wash, always got us clean. Good hot water and lots of soap. The area is nice, and no one ever bothered us.

PROS: New owners, great people super friendly and locally owned. We've Been customers since it opened with original owners. New owners have done a lot of upgrades. Always clean and well lit for those nights you can't sleep and want to go wash your ride 🙂

sounds like owner is splitting hairs with the not so favorable reviews. we live in rural riverside ia so our black denali is always getting gravel dust accumulated on it so riverside auto spa is very convenient for us BUT... we have also noticed our vehicles are not coming out as clean as they used to especially the last 8-10 months (automatic wash).
