Don't waste your money do not tip!
They don't pre spray or scrub tires don't remove snow or ice with sprayer. Then the second scrubbers don't work. They add soap and wax at same time.
And it does not rinse.
They won't run it through 2 time.
They send you to parent company for a quality wash. 2 miles away.
Ĵusy go to drive and shine. But take a card They don't use cash.
I went through the self-wash on one of the warmest days of the month and it was clear that the lane I chose (the second lane) had a frozen spray hose or it was just plain broken. For every setting (rinse, soap, etc) the water came out at the same extremely slow speed and without soap. Low and behold, there was another customer in the first lane who said he had just switched from my lane because he had the same problem, and he said the same thing was happening in the first lane as well. Further, the first lane had a giant block of ice on top of the drain. It’s obvious that nobody is checking on the self-wash to make sure it’s actually working. It would have been nice to have that lane blocked off before having customers waste their money.
This used to be my go to place for years to get my car washed. Don't know what happened. But this place sucks now. The middle brushes haven't worked in months. Only getting my car clean half . Do not go here. Supposedly the owner sold out to Drive and Shine. They suck as well. The new car wash on McKinley

Car was still horribly dirty after. Reached out and they responded to insult me. Yes my car was in neutral and as if I can't see a giant green go sign and know when to exit a carwash. Paid $22 For a wash yesterday including my tires which came out dirtier then before I went in. Once again emailed and no response and they don't answer the phone either. Note to add this is my second experience that looks this bad they never even responded the first time. I decided to be a glutton for punishment and give them a second chance since they had "claimed" an upgrade to their equipment. Not at all. He also failed to mention they had an employee power washing the parking lot which made it impossible to even get out and look at your car upon exiting.
Soapy Sam’s is affordable and does a great job getting my car clean. My most favorite part of the experience is the vacuum is free! Yep, Free! I would go broke vacuuming my car because I spend about 30 minutes with the vacuum. But here, I don’t have to worry about that because it costs nothing. I highly recommend Soapy Sam’s 🙂
Paid $4 extra for tire cleaning. No attendants on site, phone promts provided no assistance.

Called before visiting to make sure the business had self serve bays that accepted credit cards—for those of us that have been around a bit…we’ve learned to ask. Owner answered the call, was kind and professional. Stopped by and found the business to be clean, functional, and well cared for. Prices were more than fair. I appreciate the owner operates with a fair price structure and solid customer service. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Plenty of water pressure and chemicals. Happy to support a local small business and I hope the owner thrives in the future. I’ll be back!
i’ve been washing my car here for the last few months, and i love it! both the self serve bay and the touchless car wash are amazing and have very fair prices. they accept cards which is a nice plus
To the people that complain about the self wash bay get better at washing your car it's self wash but the new automated system is worlds better than the old one 5/5 from me having a black car it's important to have a good wash
