The payment interface has been broken 3 of the last 3 times I have gone for a wash now. I'm trying to cancel my membership, but there's no way to do it without calling their customer support (only open M-F 9am to 5pm while I'm working). Would not recommend this location until they fix their systems.
Overpriced. I was charged $22 because the machine kept running on its own. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Vacuum was also terrible and I was charged $10 for 5 minutes of use
Update: May 2024.... They have a new card terminal. With a package wash all you do is drive up. Scans automatically and it starts right away (until car in dront of you is just about done. No more freezing screen like before.
Love the touchless car wash! $22 ( it's ceramic coated now else so I reduced it from the highest package). Comes out clean and prices are fair for a monthly pass. I've been going for a couple years and got a monthly pass last year. Definitely recommend as it's cheaper than going 2x a month without a pass.

Machine didn’t deliver what’s supposed to, no one there to help you out, called and no one picked up. Left having paid and not gotten what I paid for…

Excellent service as always. Prices are cheaper than rivals. If you go through the full serv wash, the staff is friendly. Those brushes really clean your car and the hot air blowers leave the car dry one you exit the wash.
After their deluxe $26 wash, the car still looks like this. You be the judge.
